Tasting Notes: A fragrant bouquet with aromas of crushed red and dark berries and an added hint of forest floor occupy the nose; the fruit carries through to the palate with some stone fruit as well- think plum.
Recommended food pairings: Medium-bodied, dry, and silky tannins, pair this with a leg of lamb or your favourite, hearty pasta dish- bolognese comes to mind!
