its full-bodied yet ends with a wonderfully refreshing finish.
Tasting Notes: Dark berry fruit with hints of pepper spice and cedar oak. The wine has a
generous mouthfeel with smooth, integrated tannin and a persistent finish.
Its grapes are grown in soils that are a combination of decomposed granite and sandstone, which contribute to structure and fruit concentration, respectively.
Recommended food pairings: Grilled lamb cutlets with winter vegetables or eggplant and porcini balls in a
tomato sauce.
Good wine from a good place.

Regenerative farming and pioneering environmental and social initiatives make us who we are. Our label is a symbol for top terroir-driven wines, and we’ve been named South African Producer of the Year by the International Wine & Spirit Competition - twice!
Our passion for winemaking is matched by our love of growing and making good food. Most of what you’ll eat in our restaurants and hotel is homegrown or sourced nearby.
