Tasting Notes: Ruby red colour, clean and medium to high layer. In the nose intense ripe plum, sweet and fresh aromas, mint and liquorice. In mouth gourmand and fruity.
Recommended food pairings: Great with grilled, or roasted red meats, casseroles, or mature cheese.
Bodega Cerrón is a family project located in one of the highest areas of the Jumilla DOP, La Muela, at 1050 meters above sea level. We work the entire vineyard organically with some plots biodynamically, seeking to achieve more vertical and expressive wines.....We are currently three brothers belonging to the fourth generation of winegrowers and winemakers. After spending several years training and traveling to various wine regions to increase our understanding of this world, we decided to start the current project of Bodega Cerrón.
