Tasting Notes: Complex flavours of dark fruit and oak. The oak barrels impart hints of vanilla and cinnamon to the ripe black-fruit aromas. Dense, well-integrated tannins.
Recommended food pairings: Braised red meats, goat, oxtail, aged hard cheeses.
