Tasting Notes: Deep colour with compact ruby/garnet nail. On the nose, it unleashes a dark fruit of black and red cherry, together with lively notes of green pepper, orange and cedar zests, cinnamon, and fresh pepper. On the palate it’s powerful in terms of alcohol, tannins, and acidity, but smooth in terms of fruit.
Recommended food pairings: All red meats. Medium-aged hard cheeses.
