Tasting Notes: Fruity on the nose, with a mix of green apple, kiwi, tropical, and melon aromas. Pleasantly acidic on the palate, with a lingering finish of citrus and dried flowers.
Recommended food pairings: Citrus-marinated fish, Japanese tempura.
Founded in 2013, Bodegas Vionta prides itself on making some of the best albariños in the Rías Baixas. After ten years crowning the hills of the town of Meaño and bathed by the Ría de Arousa, the winery has blended in with the landscape of the area. Vionta has taken Albariño to the place it deserves, making cheerful and carefree wines, as well as wines with a very high complexity in the mouth.
